ENS Invest Review: The Truth About This Exposed Scam Broker

ENS Invest is a risky broker and this ENS Invest review will tell you why. Despite the fact it claims to be legitimate and strictly regulated, this offshore entity is under no one’s supervision. Lying about one’s regulation is usually a sign of a fraudulent company. If they were up to any good, why would they even consider that?

This broker has nothing that can stand up to what one of the many certified brokers on the forex market can offer. ENS Invest has no competitive edge due to a shady and boring web platform, wide spreads, and critical leverage amounts.

This broker is unscrupulous, and its deposit policy is vague, so there is no reason to praise it. Stay tuned for more!

    ENS Invest License and Regulation

Legit brokers provide precise and straightforward facts about the legal entity that operates them. It also matters where the company is located, what licenses it has, and which regulators oversee its activities. An absence of these elements or an incorrect display of them is always a scam warning.

Broker Ens Invest does not disclose which firm is behind this apparent broker. Neither the web page nor the Client Agreement name a clear legal entity. If you don’t know anything about the company, that’s enough not to put your funds on the line.

The homepage claims that the anonymous firm is located in Nicosia, Cyprus. As a result, instead of CySEC, applicable regulators are listed as the FCA (UK) and the two offshore administrations, Belize and Mauritius.

Note: Individuals and corporations that market systems—like signal sellers or bot trading—sometimes sell products that are not tested and do not yield profitable results.

Fraud, money laundering, and financing terrorism are just some of the crimes often committed by unauthorized brokers. Let’s not assume that these firms will always want to steal from you. However, it’s most likely that they will take your deposits after all.

That is because those offshore entities are handled by people who lack the knowledge to run such a business. This results in it going under and taking your reserves with it. To do this safely, you need to do so with a regulated broker.

    ENS Invest Trading Software Overview

Keep in mind that Ens Invest utilizes elementary web-based software. Scammers use trading software to fool their targets into thinking that their cash is really being invested. However, this trade is fake, and the fraudsters take all the money.

Yes, this software has the essential functionality to place orders. However, it cannot match the capabilities of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5. It is no surprise that these venues have proved themselves as the industry standard. They deliver a broad spectrum of features, including a mixture of options for customization, multiple account usage, and more.

Note: Have you ever been victimized by an investment scam? If the answer is yes, you can do some useful things. If you made a deposit through the bank, you can ask for a refund. Getting your funds back is possible!

Available Trading Instruments at ENS Invest

Speaking of trading instruments, you can see that they offer many of them. You may see crypto assets, currencies, metals, stocks, indices, and commodities. However, this is no benefit after all.

The user contract as well as the refund policy here are incomplete. These do not handle critical areas such as relevant fees and deposit insurance the broker allegedly offers. In the refund policy, Ens Invest says that it will subtract an unknown amount of funds from an investor’s account if they don’t meet the trading volume conditions.

Investors are being forced to trade more, further predisposing them to risk. Other trading needs tend to be fragmented. The $1000 minimum deposit amount is too high. Especially when there are trustworthy brokers with cheaper accounts.

Trading conditions are another indication of whether a broker is authorized or not. A leverage of 1:500 indicates the broker does not have any management agency.

    Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

The Ens Invest broker scam only accepts crypto-asset deposits. This is the defining characteristic of financial fraudsters. Crypto assets are their payment method of choice because they don’t let the victim ask for a refund.

Yes, you may see many legit brokers that accept digital currencies like BTC or ETH. However, they do so alongside other transparent payment options such as cards, bank transfers, or widespread e-wallets like Skrill, Advcash, Neteller, or PayPal.

Ens Invest does not provide details on fees and withdrawal terms. But know this, if you make the mistake of depositing funds with scammers like Ens Invest, you won’t be able to revoke that. Beware of this!

How Does Offshore Brokers’ Scam Implement?

Beware! You can lose money in forex trading. Have caution, especially if you are a beginner. Do proper research before opening an account with any broker. Even professional investors who use the services of reputable brokers do this.

Beginner traders can be tricked by dozens of fake websites posing as brokers. Scammers will tempt you with many promises of easy profits. Stay away from easy money and trade with regulated brokers only.

Usually, these fraudsters promise big profits for a tiny investment. They will urge you to invest even more, and after you deposit, your money will be lost.

You won’t even see a single penny from these pledged returns. It will become impossible to reach the withdrawal threshold. Scammers hide behind fake names and addresses. So, you won’t be able to trace or hold them accountable.
