    Blackwell Global Pros and Cons

The appropriate regulatory status of a brokerage is the most important aspect and represents the biggest advantage over its unregulated counterparts.

One of the advantages Blackwell Global has is its fully regulated and authorized status by the FCA and SCB, which is as safe as it can get when discussing an online broker’s regulatory status, so definitely a plus.

Although Blackwell Global offers a great trading platform, MetaTrader, to its clients, absolute beginners will find it a bit challenging to learn the ropes as the educational aspect is quite limiting and the MetaTrader 5 has an overwhelmingly wide variety of features.

On the other hand, limited instrument options and a minimum deposit of $500 could be this broker’s unattractive features.

    Regulation and Security Blackwell Global

Blackwell Global obtained the FCA license in 2016 and the SCB license in 2020 and was previously licensed by the FSP in New Zealand and CySEC in Cyprus.

However, this broker now operates under the FCA’s authorization and performs its brokerage activities through its branch in the UK.

The FCA, or the Financial Conduct Authority, is known to be one of the strictest regulatory bodies in Europe whose main goal is providing consumers’ protection and maintaining stability in the financial services industry.

With that being said, traders at Blackwell Global are provided with segregated accounts and negative balance protection, among other perks regulated brokerage must deliver.
